campers to explore their creativity and find their artistic voice! The Art Academy's
mission is to offer experiences that build self-confidence and self-esteem while
broadening perceptions of themselves and the world, proving that kids can do anything.

REPTACULAR ANIMALS
Reptacular Animals is a hands-on workshop with live, kid-friendly ANIMALS! The campers get up close and personal with exciting new animals each day such as snakes, lizards, furry critters, parrots, farm animals, and more! In this fun and gentle learning environment, campers learn about the featured animals and then create their own art projects based around the animals that they met for the day. Projects can include recreating patterns from a tortoise's shell, painting the texture of a chinchilla's fur or creating a parrot that balances on your finger. This workshop will be an encounter to remember!

YUMMY TREATS
The title say's it all, come and learn how to make all kinds of "Yummy Treats"! We will make both sweet AND savory foods from around the globe. Recipes will include: Snacks, Desserts, Smoothies and more!
*Parents, please note- the kids are given the choice to eat the foods they create during class!

OUTERSPACE ART
Get ready for an outerspace arts and crafts attack! On this galaxy inspired adventure, we will combine vibrant colors and techniques to create incredible one of a kind projects. We will make 2D & 3D art projects and crafts that are inspired by our amazing solar system!

SKAKE IT
Learn basic gymnastics, dance and movement skills in this fulfilled workshop! Art Camp 101 campers will have fun as they work on balance & coordination. We will incorporate tumbling, games, rhythmic gymnastics, stretching, relays, scavenger hunts, obstacle courses and more!

ARG! PIRATES!
Yo Ho, Yo Ho, a Pirate's life for me! Have YOU ever dreamed of becoming an actual pirate of the 7 seas? Well, here be yer chance mateys! Join Captain Kit Kat's crew and you will learn how to walk, talk and act like a pirate! There will be "plank walking" and other pirate games. We will also make fun pirate inspired crafts like treasure maps! Argggggg!

WACKY SCIENCE
Woah! Science is so WACKY!!! This class is filled with popular science activities like volcanos, ice cream in a bag, neon slime and more! You will try out a ton of awesome experiments and bring home projects and materials to continue your wacky science explorations at home!

MIXED MEDIA
In this mixed-media workshop campers will work with a variety of art media including paint, chalk pastel, oil pastel, markers and paper collage. Learning how to combine different mediums and several art elements together results in sensational and dynamic works of art! Campers will develop an understanding of the important idea of "thinking in layers". Subject matter will range from symbolic and expressive self-portraits, to landscape paintings!
